Safe2Say Something PA is an anonymous school safety reporting system in Pennsylvania that allows students, parents, educators, and concerned community members to submit tips on various safety matters. These include issues like violence, suicide, guns, drugs, threatening behavior, bullying, cyberbullying, and other forms of victimization that affect students from kindergarten to grade 12 state-wide.
The Safe2Say Something PA app provides a secure and anonymous platform for individuals to report safety concerns or "tips" to a 24/7 Crisis Center. Once received, the Crisis Center evaluates and relays the tip to the appropriate school official. In serious situations, the tip may also be forwarded to local law enforcement through 911 dispatch.
The primary objective of this reporting system is to provide early intervention and support to individuals who may be at risk of harming themselves or others through violent or potentially harmful actions.
